MRS ITALIA is proud of its’ past and the experiences gathered, but none the lesser proud of its’ present achievements in terms of processing and manufacturing know-how. Our design team operates with the most relevant know-how and supporting modeling software to enable it to come up with the best solutions for a host of processing problems. Severe quality control of both incoming materials and outgoing products result in almost zero returns due to flaws in material or workmanship. If it is not 100%, it is not going anywhere. Every single product is shipped with a full set of test protocols and certificates to testify just that. Continuous research into better materials and processes and constant progress in development have resulted in some patented solutions to problems that others find hard, if not impossible, to match. Our manufacturing division works according self imposed standards that go over and above the general industry standard. Some of the tooling centers and other machines we operate have been partly or totally modified in-house to live up to our high quality and efficiency demands, where our automated welding process is proprietary, hardly matched by others. Investments are being implemented to further improve on both efficiency and quality.
